Mission Statement: The mission of Rockin’ B Riding Club is to share our passion and enjoyment of horses, and handling them safely, with the youth of Anchorage. To make horse interaction and recreation accessible and affordable for all families.

Rose, Jeff and Garrett Brigmon are the owners of this small private horse facility. The Brigmon's are dedicated to the care, development, education and safety of our horses and students.

Rose Brigmon: Trainer/Instructor

Rose has a lifetime devoted to horses, and is a practitioner of Natural Horsemanship. Before moving to Alaska in 1993, she competed in rodeos & gaming in Fort Worth, did volunteer work for Tom Lyon's cutting horse ranch in Texas, was a wrangler, trainer and riding instructor at Lazy K-bar Guest Ranch in Tucson, and owned Tucson Carriage Company. Competing in barrel racing/pole-bending at the National Barrel Horse Association in Anchorage, she and Shawnee were district champs in 2D barrels and were undefeated in pole bending in 2004 & 2005. Now her focus is on Rockin' B Riding students.

Tricia Salontai: Trainer/Instructor

Tricia is a lifelong Alaskan and has been involved with horses off and on for the last 20 years. She grew up working odd jobs at Alaska Wilderness Outfitters in exchange for riding lessons, and ended up as a backup rider on trail rides until the company went out of business. She was a seasonal wrangler at Horse Trekkin' Alaska for two years, guiding trail rides, giving riding lessons and driving both a wagon and a sleigh. She is a recent graduate of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College in Terre Haute, Indiana and holds a Bachelor of Science in Equine Business Management. While at SMWC she was a member of the Hunt Seat Equestrian Team, which competed in the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association, and was a highly successful competitor in Equitation classes on both the Flat and Over Fences. Now a member of the Rockin' B Team, she specializes in beginner classes in both English and Western.

Kristina Webber: Trainer/Instructor

Kristina has over 20 years of experience working with and around horses competing in rodeos barrel racing, pole bending, and roping nearly her whole life, but has also ventured into the world of showing and has competed and excelled in the events of reined cow horse (reining/cutting) as well as hunter hack and hunter under saddle. She has qualified for Worlds and Nationals several times and has multiple state and circuit championships under her belt. Kristina attended school in Lamar, CO with World Champion trainer J.J. Rydberg to earn her degree in Horse Training & Management and Equine Business Management.

Julia Sheffield - owner of "Painted Sissy", has been riding at Rockin' B for 3 years.

Javin Schroeder - owner of "Rosie", has been riding at Rockin' B for 3 years.

Johnna Drew - owner of "Misty", has been riding at Rockin' B for 2 years.

Aspen and Sierra Avery - Rockin' B riders for 3+ years.

Kaylee Sathers - Rockin' B rider for 5 years.
